Cancellations
All orders are final as they are immediately processed in our system. Please ensure your order is correct before finalizing it.

Refunds

We stand behind the quality of our products, but sometimes mistakes happen. If within 15 days of receiving your order, an item is: defective, broken or tarnished we will replace the item(s) for you. Additionally, if an item(s) is missing in your order, we will re-ship it to you.

Returns

For items with the “Free Return” label, you can return the products within 15 calendar days from receiving the item(s) in an eligible delivery location, without any reason or justification, as long as the item is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all safety seals and labels intact and undamaged.

Items without the “Free Return” label are not eligible for return.

Restock fee may apply on return items.

To qualify for a replacement,  Fill the following information via the form:

Order number as the subject
Brief description of the issue
Our policy only applies to items that are defective, broken, or tarnished due to manufacturing defects or shipping damage OR if an item(s) is missing in your order. We cannot do anything about items that are damaged due to misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear.
