Cancellations
All orders are final as they are immediately processed in our system. Please ensure your order is correct before finalizing it.

Custom Orders: Please note that items that are custom-made or personalized specifically for you are eligible for a refund only if they arrive defective, broken, or not as described. They are not refundable for β€œchange of mind” or β€œnot as expected.”

Refunds

We stand behind the quality of our products, but sometimes mistakes happen. If within 15 days of receiving your order, an item is: defective, broken or tarnished we will replace the item(s) for you. Additionally, if an item(s) is missing in your order, we will re-ship it to you.

**Please note:** Items returned due to β€œchange of mind” or β€œnot as expected” are not refundable unless explicitly stated on the product page.

Returns

For items with the β€œFree Return” label, you can return the products within 15 calendar days from receiving the item(s) in an eligible delivery location, without any reason or justification, as long as the item is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all safety seals and labels intact and undamaged.

Items without the β€œFree Return” label are not eligible for return.

Items returned due to β€œchange of mind” or β€œnot as expected” are not refundable unless explicitly stated on the product page.

Restock fee may apply on returnΒ items.

To qualify for a replacement,Β  Fill the following information via the form:

Order number as the subject
Brief description of the issue
Our policy only applies to items that are defective, broken, or tarnished due to manufacturing defects or shipping damage OR if an item(s) is missing in your order. We cannot do anything about items that are damaged due to misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear.
