Please note that tracking updates are recorded only at key transit points. It is normal if there are periods without new scans while the package is in transit between facilities or countries. This does not indicate a problem and your order is still moving toward its destination.

Buyer Protection

We stand behind every order with full Buyer Protection:

• If your item does not arrive within 60 days from the shipping date, you’re eligible for a full refund or reshipment.
• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us with a photo of the issue, and we’ll offer a solution quickly, either replacement or refund.
• We monitor all shipments and are committed to making things right in case of delays or issues.

Notes:

• The shipping time will be affected by public holidays, destination countries, bad weather and international couriers.
• All delivery times are estimates and subject to the courier being able to deliver. Weather and unforeseen events may also cause a small delay.
• When you order more than one item, the order may split on several packages as we might ship from different warehouses.
