This is actually made pretty well as far as I can tell! You can definitely use this for self defense. You can blind them first them beat em with it! 😂 It has 3 settting to choose from. 1 click is really bright, 2 is not so bright, 3 is flashing like a strobe light. The self defense pen is solid also! Anyways its awesome and I do recommend it!

The lamp is good. It is built to be stable and is also great for self-defense. 2 small shortcomings that I do have...
1. Every time the "on" switch is pressed, it alternates between strong weak and flashing light, that is, in order to want to have normal, bright light, I have to switch through the whole mode's the next time I press it. That could have been solved really differently. Short press for light and long for flash light, the weak light could have been saved.
2. Is really just a small mini problem. When the lamp arrives, it would be cool to know where Plus and where Minus,... So how around does the battery have to go in there? By trying I then found out the Plus belong up and minus down in the lamp.
Otherwise, the lamp is just awesome. If only the number 1 problem were not, it would be MEGA. Simply unbeatable. But since price/performance is just right here .... I still gave 5 stars.

THE FLASHLIGHT: EXTREMELY BRIGHT! Takes 4 double AA batteries (if bat/light is opened light side down and on/off button is up) the batteries go in negative ( - ) side down & positive (+) side up. Mine was a little finicky when I closed it and had to reclose it a couple times to get it right. This thing is light weight but extremely sturdy and well built. I would NOT WANT TO GET HIT with this thing! OUCH!!! It has 3 settings, strobe, Medium and FACE OF THE SUN!!! The flashlight alone is worth 5 times what I paid for both items!
THE TACTICAL PEN: I've seen this exact same pen a million times on Am/zon for the low low price of $25 🤣🤣🤣🤣 but don't get me wrong....if I paid $25 for this pen, I would of still been satisfied with my purchase. what I'm trying to say is BUY THIS TACTICAL SET! You better hurry too cuz I'm buying 3 more sets this Friday when I get paid. All my military and police buddies are gonna love this set as a gift!
